Arizona Gated Oasis on the Golf Course

Beautiful Pacific NW home in need of furnishings and detailing. Custom sofa and loveseat, along with a leather swivel rocker and quality casegoods created a space to be proud of. The entry was addressed with oversized art and a stunning console. A round mirror was added to the entry to break up the rectangular shapes throughout.

MASTER SUITE PRIVATE RESIDENCE

FEATURED BEDROOM ON HOUZZ 2022
This master suite is part of a whole house remodel, furnishings and accessories. 
We created an exquisite master suite from flooring, plaster walls to the intricate 
hand painted ceiling. We worked with an Italian designer for the bedding fabrication that exudes elegance and panache. The floating beam from a local railroad was set on the wall of glass mosaics which enhanced the see through fireplace. No detail missed, as the see through steam shower with Andina honed travertine with fogless mirror measured to the exact height of the homeowner.
 This master ensuite is a masterpiece of craftsmanship and creativity.

CONTEMPORARY REMODEL & FURNISHINGS

The vibrant new homeowner had a vision to brighten up the drab, ordinary home. Situated near the Columbia River, the home had lots of potential! We changed the entire vibe of the house with dramatic color and statement making lighting to reflect the clients love of  Red, Yellow and Orange. By introducing blue we were able to counter the hot colors and calm down the palette wiithout compromising her favorites. Now, a fresh modern interior reflects the clients taste and lifestyle.

BETHANY BEAUTY REMODEL

Seventeen tradesman worked on this project to give the home owner/Restaurateurs a beautiful home. Once dark and uninviting, we added lighting throughout as well as painted the kitchen cabinets and bookcases. The use of the built-in desk was a catch all like most are these days. The client did not have proper storage, so we flipped the bar and pantry. Additionally, artwork, accessories with furnishings created a classy and elegant home. Attention to details was the key here. ITALIAN ROCK CREEK REMODEL

This lovely couple's heritage is Italian. By painting the oak cabinets, a warm white with green undertone, and adding a backsplash with honed granite, we went from the 1990s to a Villa look right here in the NW. Wine, Lemons, Olive Branches with a twist of rustic and unexpected colors is what transformed their home! White washing the red brick fireplace was the cherry on top! Wowza- this transformation was amazing!
LR and DR received a transformation in Phase 2. We opened up the two rooms to allow ease of entertaining.

A complete transformation of the main level of this home. Once old maple hardwood floors and oak cabinets, are now a 2021 home of modern bright colors. 
We increased the walkway by reducing the carpet which wasn't necessary.
Carpet removed in the dining room and den visually increased the entry as the flooring was all the same in the adjoining rooms. Painted cabinets with impressive hardware was just what this already functioning kitchen needed!

A 1990's bathroom has been revived! Nothing stayed in this remodel..
they even have a pull-out ironing board tucked away. The professional couple are thrilled with the new cabinets, shower and tile throughout.

This is part of a whole house remodel; furnishings and accessories. 
For this room we replaced the one piece shower with tile and a deep soaking tub with 18 x 18" floor tile throughout. To update the existing vanity, a fresh coat of Crown Jewel Luxury Paint made a huge transformation. The builder size mirror was framed and new light fixtures completed the look. The bathroom is now ready for a growing family to enjoy for many years to come.

Complete make-over for this busy family. Carpets were replaced with hardwoods, kitchen cabinets were painted, contemporary hardware installed. We encased the sheetrock openings with millwork adding taller baseboards and crown moulding throughout. Fresh new color palette throughout entire home walls, ceilings and trim. Visual weight was added to both fireplaces and kitchen island in an El Dorado stone to appeal to the Rustic Elegance the homeowner desired. New custom furnishings and area rugs completed the home's new vibe.

A project to never forget. SDH remodeled and furnished this beautiful two-story home. From the kitchen and bathrooms to the master suite. Guest bedrooms were given special destination themes. A wine bar and workout room were added. All of the lighting were replaced, ceilings with special treatments, all walls were painted or stoned. Flooring replaced throughout. The basement, as part of the whole house remodel was given furnishings and accessories that soon became a favorite place for grandkids and family to gather. Over the course of a decade, we worked on the home's interior and exterior. What a delightful experience to watch this family grow. Now they have a beautiful home to build memories. A modest kitchen not fit for the chef that lives here is transformed! Old linoleum replaced with Naturally Aged Eucalyptus hardwood floors. All new cabinets that added additional storage with no wasted space. A pot filler was installed into the gorgeous pearlized backsplash. Concealed outlets throughout. Pull-out drawers and spice rack make for a comfortable place to create dinner or entertain friends. New appliance package and pendant lighting, a fresh coat of paint and cool hardware complete this now unrecognizable kitchen.

1990's guest bath is transformed into a spa like retreat. Complete with glass mosaic tile and 12x24" Terra Grigio tile, this bath is now fit for the homeowner's guests to enjoy during their stay. Sleek, Clean~ Beautiful!

Serene setting of acreage in Stafford area. We created a comprehensive exterior  Paint Plan for this family of sophisticated gray-greens. The barn shined in a modern red and the other out buildings including a darling playhouse were freshly coated in Crown Jewel Luxury Paint. This is a very beautiful estate we had the pleasure of working on!

RUSTIC GUEST QUARTERS

This themed guest room is part of a whole house remodel, furnishings and accessories. We worked on the interior and exterior of the house. 
The room was designed for both an adult or child to enjoy. The reclaimed barn wood trunks at the foot of the bed serve for extra blankets...or toys for weekend company. The stone was installed on the back wall to create a outdoor feeling as though one stepped into a cabin in the woods. Both the headboard and window cornices are shaped in a faux leather to appeal to the overall look. Couldn't you just snuggle up?
